Went for a friends birthday..... not many staff working despite it being a Saturday night. Waited 15 minutes at the bar to give our order. Waited 30 minutes for starters despite only 4 other tables occupied. I had the mixed grill as did another party member.... all crammed onto a small plate so was a nightmare to eat.... others had steaks which were lovely but served on plastic plates which meant they went cold fast..... and to top it off been throwing up since 2am!
Nice place to dine, food was exceptionally good and steaks were great. Service wasn't as good as food would get mixed up and things would be given to us even though we said we didn't want it, never the less atmosphere was OK. Steakhouse mixed grill could get some work, very boring as all the meats Tasted like they weren't Seasoned or cooked to best.
Recently had our works Christmas party here. The staff were delightful, we were served at the bar quickly and with a smile. The three course meal was exceptional. It was piping hot, plentiful and tasty. The waiting staff could not do enough for us, they made service checks and constantly made sure that we had everything that we wanted. It was a well organised, smooth running night and it was made to look effortless. It certainly gives the bigger establishments a run for their money and a great price as well! We all had a wonderful night and would definitely recommend.
Staff were nice and pleasant, unfortunately they need more organisation.. deserts were forgotten about and we had to ask for them later on.. other than that the food was nice.
Great food and friendly staff. Good menu selection and very helpful. Recommended, but if you want the 48oz steak don't eat for a week before you go !!
